Our Customer Experience Manager is an Agent of Motivation and Influence. This is an unique and challenging opportunity in the Operations Support Department that fuels the rocket growth of Sparky Maid. You're responsible for the engagement and activities of recently on-boarded professional cleaners. Your day-to-day work includes calling, tracking, and supporting our Sparkly Maids with the highest level of empathy and support. The ideal candidate is someone who is motivated, inspiring, reliable, energetic and results driven.

  • You are able to make phone calls all day with an upbeat and positive attitude.

  • Able to work weekends and nights.

  • You follow-through on verbal and written agreements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Can demonstrate the ability to be empathetic and positive in difficult support situations.

  • Technically Savvy, able to quickly learn and explain different product features.
